Topic: Add damage to you when you crash.

Short explanation (in notes):
-Crashing at 50-79mph has a small chance to cripple you.
-Crashing at 80+mph ALWAYS cripples and can make you bleed occasionally

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): Right now, in a car chase with police, subject crashes into pole at 100mph, then just keeps running. Even though you're not supposed to. It still happens. If this mechanic was added, people would be forced to turn themselves in because they can't run. Also, cops have the same issue on their side, they just get out and shoot the car.

Optional additions:
-Change the numbers and effects to what you see fit

If we controlled exactly how and when damage was dealt to a player by a vehicle collision then sure, but it is an internal calculation that we have little control over. Currently we already use a slightly modified version of the same thing as sandbox if you run a car into a wall. Which is why slow speed collisions that would actually be quite harmful in real life do absolutely nothing in game. Plus by the time the damage is dealt the velocity of the vehicle hitting the wall is roughly 0 and not the speed at impact. So I'm not sure a good way to do this presently that would not simply be a drain on server resources.

Quick note, your speeds are quite far off, even a collision at 30mph can be enough to hospitalize you irl.
