Players Don't Ragdoll

Ok so you know when you jump out of a car or you die or something to trigger your player models to ragdoll?
To put it simple, they don't ragdoll for me like that. They basically look like prop hunt, A bit like this:

Any ideas on how to make them ragdoll again? and if so be detailed please.

Have you tried Verifying Integrity of Game Cache? If not try do it via.
Library --> Right click on Garry's Mod --> Properties --> Local Files --> Select Verify Integrity of Game Cache
Once it is complete if there are any files which have failed do it again and again until it's successful If they are successful first time / when they are successful - Start Garry's Mod. Hope it helps.
