Main idea: Create a system for supervisors (Sgt+) to issue a reimbursement check for services.
Description: In a realistic functioning police department, any action by an officer which causes the department money would fall under the department's insurance as they would not expect the officer to pay out of his pocket. The idea here is to create a system where police supervisors are able to issue reimbursement checks to people whom have been requested to do a service for the department or for civilians whom have had their property damaged by officers. The system would have to be monitored, and operated by a dedicated team who's job is to ensure reimbursements are provided with just cause and valid reason to prevent abuse of the system. Ideally the logistics of the system would be as follows:

- Supervisor requests paperwork from the desk secretary. "I would like to request a reimbursement check."
- Desk secretary gives the supervisor a form to fill out. (Form pops up.)
- The supervisor fills out the form and then submits it, automatically sending it to PLPD.ONLINE for auditing and accountability.
- Once the form is submitted, the requested amount is placed in a check item in his inventory to drop and give to the requester.
Pros:
- Allows for more accountability in the department.
- New/more extensive roleplay opportunities.
- Allows for people to be reimbursed for negligence of officers.
- Allows for the department to pay for services from others. (Ie, road crew)
- Would be monitored to prevent abuse.
Cons:
- Could be abused (Supervisors are given their rank based on their loyalty so this is neutral.).
