Suggestion Title: Police Training area Custom Environment Creator
Suggestion Description: Using the blank space on the square section of road, we should be able to, via the use of an NPC, Generate buildings found both on Paralakes Map for the purpose of Police Training and Recruitment.

We were told to build stuff and send prop ID’s and coordinates in order to have an NPC spawnable prop layout to use the empty space upon. The instructions on doing this I was given was immensely impractical, where the plan was I should build settings on sandbox and send prop IDs and location vectors in a document. It would honestly just be quicker and easier to have these replicas of properties made for use in the training area.

Usable buildings or entities that should be spawnable here include:

For the Tactical Firearms Unit:
- Shooting range, composed of targets at varying distances, a barricade to shoot them from behind, and enclosed lanes.
- Morons shipping Co, with a transparent one way visible roof allowing trainers to stand atop the roof for assessment purposes.
- A completely door and featureless, almost or exact to scale replica of the Bazaar, with a one-way visible roof to allow trainers to see applicants and trainees from the roof.
- A wood cabin, with a surrounding forest of trees for low visibility.

For the road traffic unit:
- A replica of the city intersection.
- A Tunnel.
- A parking garage.
- Ground texture changing roads to simulate less desirable driving conditions, such as uneven off-road ground.
- An unclear p, tree coveted road to be used as a detour by suspects, where the only indication of the road is there not being trees.

Entities like this are doable, I’ve seen RP maps such as certain rockford versions with an “admin room” that you Noclip to that allows you to toggle on certain buildings, such as turning Taco Bell into McDonald’s or Burger King.

Even if the option to salvage brush space is chosen over having this as a map feature, these could be made as world props, which spawn and lock in place from the training NPC during relevant sessions.

The situation is, due to difficulties in markers no longer being able to spectate or use Noclip, that most response situations are confined to the properties, as trainers cannot be unseen unless they’re stop the building, even then, the trainers are often visible to applicants too. Having open area situations or situations involving large properties is impossible currently, due to the tight limitations and lack of resources we actually have.

Why should this be added?:
- Allows for more creativity, and actually would let the Training area be, well, a training area, and not 2 buildings to get marks from.
- Could well invalidate the academy server demands entirely.
- I probably won’t need to bug CMs, owners or @Collier for the builder rank when training sessions are relaunched.
- Genuinely get the ability to be more realistic and varied in our training and recruitment sessions rather than a forced formulated session bound by limitations of code and our surroundings.
- We finally get the silver lining from the killing of academy server we were promised in order to give it up.

What negatives could this have?:
- The only downside is le development time!!!!!!!!

fully agree but as you said would take forever developing lol
