Short explanation (in notes):
-It would have armour better weapons and barriers
-The max weight would be different for each police car
-Sergeant or Lieutenant must give the order to use it

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It would be awesome to have something like this added to the police instead of calling for SWAT it would also be useful in bank robberies because most robbers have AK-47's etc so the cops always get killed.

I don't really think this is needed, that is why we have the SWAT, for such criminal offences as that SWAT are needed. Also when you stated that cops always get killed, this is some what true and some what not, If the officers use smart tactics and listen to the Sergeant and lieutenant then they would easily figure out how to stop the robbers.

If you check the Denied suggestions there will be something similar like this, a "big" vehicle for the police. It's a good idea, but there is none in TDM if I'm correct. Please tell me if I'm wrong about this, but I have heard it soo many time.
