Suggestion Title: Put blinky lights on tall traffic cones
Suggestion Description: Make some nice blinky lights on the tall variant of traffic cones to make them visible

Why should this be added?:
- Makes it easier to see
Good for directional flow
Interesting take on traffic cones

What negatives could this have?:
- There is already a very large variety of cones
They may be too small for the lights to make a significant difference

As much as I'd like this idea in theory, in practice this is going to end up draining FPS unless a light rework is done alongside police lights.

I have not found massive fps draw with lights and would love this. Limit lighted cones to 2-3 and normal cones are normal amount. That would be a good step in the right direction. The ingame cones are not reflective and hard to see as well. I've only noticed cones until it was to late quite often.

Make it a separate cone with a 2 cone limit and the FPS issue wouldn’t be as prevalent.

Was only thinking of the same thing yesterday doing traffic control, it would be great to see, but I assume it would destroy FPS and server performance for people.

peoples game will die i like this idea tho love to see a fps spike or lag spike ruin my car

Wouldn’t make much of a difference if the light didn’t actually project any real light and the blink was just an effect.
