Main Idea: put traffic controlling signals at the junction of flobbers street and business street
Full description of the idea: traffic lights will change in 2 phases with a button to allow people to cross (maybe add a pavement there too) and will only change when a car approaches the junction
Why should it be added?: the junction is very hard to see out of and people approach it very quickly from both directions to accelerate onto the highway and decelerate from coming off the highway
Pros:
would be safer (probably)
certainty that you can go because other lights are on red
Cons:
people may run the light
there are many traffic lights already on busines street
