So i am banned for excessivt warnings and would like to ask if its breaking rules if i BUY the game on another account and play there whilst im banned? I really wanna get back to This amazing server.

New account same player.... Only because you have a new steam account with the game does not mean your warning records vanish. So yes it would be ban evading.
