Racxes is definitely one of the cooler people on the server, and dare I say it one of the cooler staff members. He pops in and talks to me and jokes around on TS, and has been nice to me in OOC and incredibly helpful when I make reports, letting me talk it out with the person I reported so they understand my side, and I understand theirs instead of just taking total control and yelling at the person for breaking the rules. Also, he only runs me over in front of the hospital every once in a while instead of every time he sees me, so I think that's worth a recommendation right there.
Аlso, he's one of the first people to actually call me his friend in OOC which is quite a risk given my reputation
