Re-filling your fire extinguisher at the FD

Main Idea: Be able to re-fill your empty fire extinguisher at the Fire Department for something around $750

Full description of the idea: Simple as it sounds, if your fire extinguisher becomes empty you are able to re-fill it at the NPC at the fire department for a sensible cost, this means you can re-use empty fire extinguishers instead of having to sell them and re-buy new ones.

Why should it be added?: It would make more sense to keep your fire extinguisher and get it re-filled for cheaper rather than selling it and having to buy new ones again. You would still be able to sell your fire extinguishers as normal to any NPC if you no longer need them or just need the money from it. As a result people who craft a lot or do meth or for some reason need to put out a lot of fires will be able to save some extra money by being able to re-fill their already purchased fire extinguisher() that they used up.

Pros:

• Able to make use of empty fire extinguishers
• Still able to sell them if you want at least half the money back

Cons:

• N/A at the moment

*Other additions: Maybe the price scales depending on how empty the fire extinguisher is?

This is a brilliant idea except I think it would be more realistic to put the re-filler in Uncle Cos or a Gas Station because in real life you wouldn't really go to the Fire Department. But overall I think this is a brilliant idea.
