Today there was a bank robbery which @Samuel was the highest ranking Officer at the time (Captain) He conducted the robbery with excellent standards and with good skills and communication - Instead of the SWAT and officers rushing into the vault he setup all the officers and SWAT before pushing into the vault witch in my personal view , we need to do more of before robbery's and situations.

Staff Side
In his staff side I find that samuel completes sits very well and conductive. He is in my view a professional , well behaved and mature staff member (along with other staff members)

Thank you, I do really appreciate this, I do agree with you that the police force needs to organize themselves before entering a bank robbery. I have conducted similar things during bank robberies, and I have never lost any officer doing it, exept when @Slayerduck car bombed the swat van .
