Description of the idea: Reduce a normal officer's (NOT tfu) NLR after they respawn to 3-4 minutes (could also scale it with how many officers are on duty, the less the more the reduce).
Why should this be added? (pros): Gives people more of a reason to get away from an area after a shootout while also not necessarily making things too unfair.
People punish themselves for staying, could avoid staff having to punish them rule wise for staying a lot.
A minute or 2 less shouldn't be too much, tfu still would have 5 minutes of NLR.
What negatives could this have? (cons): Balance for criminals, haven't really thought of it a lot.
A lot of people in a base could be affected a lot less with this than 1 or 2 trying to survive.
It's hard to avoid having officers use the information they got while they had NLR, making it probably harder to even get away.
TFU could send normal officers in as they will be able to return quicker, while they are staying outside holding the area aka abusing this feature.
