REMINDER - Organization Panic Binds are -NOT- allowed!

As specified by @MrLewis in the most recent rule amendment, we are disallowing 'panic' binds (or any bind which is used for this purpose) for organisation chats.

These are still being used frequently according to our logs, so take this as your final warning - unbind any org related messages to avoid even inadvertently pressing, or further steps will have to be taken.
