Main Idea:
Remove furniture from properties that you cannot use, allowing for more building space, as well as prefabricated furniture purchasable at the bank.

Remove the following furniture from the following properties:
Regals:
Remove the unusable beds
Subs bungalows:
Remove the unusable beds
Subs houses:
Remove the unusable beds, including the children’s bed
Puffer mart:
Remove the shelves, also raise the price.
Bazaar:
Remove the tables in shops.
Church:
Remove the benches inside the property
The Beds can be repurchased at the bank foreman’s office as part of a “prefabrication” bundle you can buy.
Why should it be added?:
More build space
Non VIPs will be able to have props if they want them
Makes sense
Pros:
People have more flexibility in their properties
People can build freely
They will have the option of usable furniture
Cons:
Buffing certain properties to use as bases? Idk if that’s even a con.
Could be difficult to implement.
