Suggestion Title: Rental lease renewal
Suggestion Description: Recently, newer players or smaller orgs have been struggling to get apartments especially at peak times because every single property has been brought. This results in them making an F6 and staff having to begin the process of asking every player if they are using their property.
The idea of this would be that the player who owns the apartment will have to travel to the bank every certain amount of time, ie an hour (depends on what people what) to 'renew' their lease with the bank, confirming the property is still in use.
Players who don't renew or can't (due to being in jail etc) are given a time extension on whatever the predetermined time is
Why should this be added?:
- Properties that are abandoned will be sold off automatically hopefully taking the strain from staff to sell properties for people
What negatives could this have?:
- People have to travel to bank every so often
