@XPGamingXPDK they'd probably do it on a case by case basis I guess but as a whole, yeah. I even think it applies if you took them and kept them after you turn 18. Say you took nudes 5 years ago when you were 15 and had them still when you were 20 you can still get done

@XPGamingXPDK I think it's something to do with supply and demand. Like you're not 'abusing' a child because obvs it's you who took the pic. But like, the existence of that pic means there's pedos out there that would want it, and thus it holds some sort of value. It's really confusing but interesting to read about tbh
