That's due to the staff being lazy, was talking about questions and suggestions.

I wasn’t running for it either, everyone was essentially “in the running” but they internally chose who was a best fit, I explained this a little in the announcement post.

@Inchs I mean @TinySlayer litterarly wrote " Do you think a community manager (who is active and does things) will be useful, or would you prefer to not have one at all? This was after we decided not to hold a poll, and we decided that staff could get it and keep their role. You even replied to him, I've got no idea how you missed out the part "For this question, please assume staff members can hold the role and hold their current rank at the same time"
