Roadcrew automatic impound message

Description of the idea:
An automatic /rc message targeted for police whenever a roadcrew worker places a clamp on a vehicle. Upon using the wheel clamp and placing it on any vehicle, the following message should be sent (or similar) over roadcrew chat to inform police.

"[Roadcrew] I have wheel-clamped a <VEHICLE MODEL>, plate <NUMBER PLATE>, at <LOCATION>."

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Makes life so much easier for roadcrew without having to type out every vehicle description manually to relay to police.
- Helps officers get an idea of what the roadcrew is doing.

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- None. Spam is not possible and its function is non-abusable.

This would be super useful instead of typing out the model name, plate and location. Also allows for police to truthfully know where the car is

Your first point is invalid, RC may NOT clamps/boot a vehicle without police permission, however I like the general idea and it would absolutely help not only ingame for police but also for us as staff as we can see more easily when a RC illegally clamps/boot a vehicle

but they can request police permission to clamp any vehicle provided they provide info, which is mainly what this is for
