I'm not sure about this one, it could be abused alot, basicly people could just run up to a random person and tie him, and in a raid he can too.. If he's lucky. Not sure about this one -+Neutral.

I agree with Ghost, as yes it is likely to be abused (But if we stopped adding things due to abuse the server would get nowhere). The use of /me to hostage people is good for RP, however the use of successfully 'hostaging' someone using /me depends on there RP skills (And knowledge of the rules). So I do agree that this would be a good idea, however just like everything in PERP, be it cars, guns, items, or jobs can and probably will be abused.
