RP Question: Animals

So, we as the player never seen any animals. But is it an in universe thing that Paralake has no wildlife, or is it purely a limitation of the game engine, and it's assumed there are animals in the world and we just never see them.

You can hear birds when you're chilling in the forest and in the night map those weird bugs buzzing in suburbs. They exist, but they're just not displayed because it would be difficult technically and make the server shit itself.

There is also @Megasaw, the only actual puppy to be interacted with ingame.

Just assume they exist and use it as a "lawful excuse" to carry a rifle in the forest. Theres fish in the water that you catch and birds as mentioned above are audible and poop on the city sometimes.

Bird shit drops on the ground occasionally, implying the existence of (potentially invisible) birds. Also the sea monster and fish. Burgers, hot dogs and chinese food exist, meaning cows and pigs could exist as well.

There is a polar bear doll, buyable deer antlers, a cat cafe, rubber ducks, and the Paralake flag has a platypus on it. In-universe, they should all exist, though it is probably safe to assume Paralake is set in the real world, so all others would exist too.

There is also a fly in the bunker!
