Brief description of idea: Make it so you are able to choose which unmarked car you are spawning as RTU.
What benefits would this idea have for the department: It would be much easier to spawn the unmarked car you want and like. And the people using the car would be on patrol faster.
What potential negatives could this have for the department: Everyone only using the insignia or BMW because they are obviously the quickest.
