Suggestion Topic: 2.5 Excessive Negativity
Suggestion Description: Exclude damaging other people's cars due to car bombing in: "Use explosives in a way that can damage items belonging to players who are not involved"

Why should this be added?:
- Car bombs result in very little tangible damage compared to what they once were, and are intended at this point as only a stealth assassination and/or a relatively untraceable spectacle. However, they still encounter a lot of restrictions in their use, pushing them to the point of being extremely infrequently used.

Damage to surrounding cars is essentially limited to just respawning your car or using a couple wrenches, yet the use of car bombs is limited by such tiny inconveniences. I think they add a very fun element to criminal roleplay and seeing their use cases diminish so heavily is rather sad.

What negatives could this have?:
- Minor inconvenience

YES PLEASE! The server needs more minor chaos like car explosions but it never happens because of the restrictions in place. Respawning your car and buying a few wrenches is not that big of a deal anyway.

dudes used to set off carbombs in crowded bazaar shop parking lots and it was fine. limiting chaos reduces fun. PERP is at its best when things happen. Maximise the potential chaos. become ungovernable. let bazaarians spectate shootouts. perp will heal.

YEA THIS IS JUST A CRAZY SUGGESTION THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN BECAUSE ROLEPLAY IS BAD.

I GOT WARNED AND BANNED SO MANY TIMES BC I BLEW UP THE CARS OF PPL WHO MUGGED ME AND I DIDNT USE A CAR BOMB TO DO IT OR I DIDNT WAIT FOR THEM TO GO INSIDE THEIR CAR BECAUSE IN ORDER TO NOT GET BANNED OR WARNED FOR CAR BOMBING SOMEONE U HAVE TO KILL THE GUY ASWELL BC THAT MAKES SENSE

In the past (especially in V5), carbombing vehicles in busy/public areas (such as the Bazaar front parking) was discouraged due to the risk of fire spreading and destroying nearby shops, which could cause significant losses for innocent players.

However, this really isn't the case now, as not only are props no longer permanently removed when burnt, but also because it is understandable that you cannot avoid collateral damage if the car is publicly parked between other vehicles. Even if other innocent people's cars do get destroyed in the process, it's only really a minor inconvenience, as the repair is cheap.

Because of this, we do not see a need to explicitly add this to the rule, nor do we necessarily consider it a breach of 2.5, provided the original vehicle being carbombed was a valid target in the first place.
