Suggestion Title: Save speed limiter when getting out of a vehicle
Suggestion Description: Currently, speed limiter resets when the drivers gets out of the vehicle, even if the engine is still running. After this change, the speed would save until the engine is turned off or the limiter is disabled.
Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life
What negatives could this have?:
- People will need to adapt to new behavior
- If drivers change, some might be confused as to why vehicle doesn't accelerate more
