What law do you wish to Edit/Add:
I'd like an addition to section 1.0 within Paralake laws:
(Law 1.0 Anti-Social Behaviour: Conducting yourself with anti-social behaviour and/or committing anti-social acts are criminal offences of which, most do not constitute imprisonment.).

The server rule regarding Sex Role-Play:
(Rule 2.8 Sex Role-Play:- In order to help preserve gameplay, sexual acts may not be role-played in a public setting.).

Your version of the law:
Having sexual interactions with a person who's considered underage is an illegal offence. Being in the possession of, intending to distribute etc. child pornography is an illegal offence. (I couldn't be more accurate).

Why do you believe this law should be Added/Edited: (Be extensive and descriptive)
The current Paralake law book/list (F1 'law') states NO law(s) regarding sexual offences.

It's currently perfectly legal to have sexual interactions with underage people. You may also publicly sell child pornography. Being a pedophile is legal. And being a prostitute? No problem!

(Law 1.8 Physical Assault: The act of intentionally physically assaulting (making aggressive contact with) an individual with the intent to cause bodily, mental and/or emotional harm.).
- Certain sexual acts/situations can still take place. Law 1.8 is NOT adequate.

There has to be established certain rules regarding sexual offences in matter to preserve IC gameplay. Keep in mind that server rule 2.8 Sex Role-Play only states "(...) in a public setting (...)". This means that the aforementioned examples can still take place as long as it's not in a public setting. Therefore I'd like additional laws to be added so that there would be consequences when committing sexual violations.

If this thread is in the wrong "section/forum" please move it to the correct one. Thank you in advance.

The problem with this, is similar to sexual assault laws in real life, it is so hard to prove or disprove.
I feel that any kind of RapeRP would constitute under assault laws.
