I would like to take the time to say how much of a great staff member James is. The other day I was involved in a situation where I was in the wrong and needed to be punished for it. James throughout the entire situation which lasted about an hour, was able to remain extremely professional and managed to resolve the situation appropriately without hostility (not saying any other staff are hostile in sits). I don't really want to make this post really cringy by using really cringy words so i'm going to end it here.
