ShadowJoey is a well experienced member of the community and a very valuable member of the Paralake Police Department, further than that, it is likely to not have kept on going as well without him, he works hard around the clock as a PTO and a Sergeant performing some of the hardest duties.

I believe he deserves this commendation by all means.
