ShadowPlay doesn't detect GMOD.

Hello! A lot of people have been recommending ShadowPlay as recording software considering that it can capture things you weren't recording. So I thought I'd try it out. As soon as I downloaded it and refreshed the games page it didn't detect Garry's Mod, therefore I looked on the internet and it says you have to be in fullscreen. I was already in full screen so I put my resolution and widescreen on the highest and it still doesn't detect it.

Any ideas?

It's not supposed to "detect" it, run the game in borderless window and then record desktop

I just restart shadowplay and restart gmod? then I get icons on my screen. Try to restart gmod and shadowplay?

Fixed it, thanks Daymon I set it to desktop capture and now it works.
