should there be a functional parking meter in v6? like pay 50$ to park here for 15min or something like that and rtu comes and give you ticket if it is expired?

Parking meters won’t really add anything to the game and it’d be annoying to have to run to an atm just to keep your car from being ticketed, checking the meters would also be a huge time waste.
