Show the time a mayoral election will take place

Suggestion Title: Show the time a mayoral election will take place
Suggestion Description: When someone is running for mayor, show either the exact time at which the election will be held if the ballot is not filled, or have a timer that counts down instead. Maybe also have the number of people who are running. It could be in the city info app, or somewhere else.

Why should this be added?:
- More precise than just keeping track of when you got the "election will start in 15 minutes" notification.
- Will help people ensure they have enough time to get their name on the ballot and start campaigning.

What negatives could this have?:
- This might encourage players to behave recklessly to get to CIty Hall in time, or help people intentionally join last-minute to do some sort of shenanigans.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The only way I'm aware of to figure out when an election will take place is by noting the time when you get the 15-minute notification. You might be forgetful or inaccurate in doing this.

By adding a new "City Elections" button (unsure if there's space), where you can check when the next election will be and who the candidates are so far

Can't join the server right now to double-check, but when there's no mayor, there's just a box that says something like "Mayor: None" in the app, right? Maybe the election info could replace that section when there's no mayor.

this would be a welcome change, you should also maybe add the participants names in the ballots somewhere

If there wasn't space for a button. There could be a countdown in minutes where it says who the current mayor is until the election has completed and someone has been elected (or no one elected when the none of the above option is there and has majority vote).
e.g. "Next election in x mins"

You can count how many times you received your paycheck in console as you receive it every minute, but yea something should be added.
