Silent Alarm

Description of the idea: Add a silent alarm to the electronics store that can only be placed in bazaar, business, puffer mart and mcewes. Allowing store owners to hit a silent alarm when being mugged while the mugger isn't looking or when there's immediate danger near their store.

Why should this be added? (pros): Stores in real life have them, more chance of passive people to craft in peace without being mugged every 10 seconds.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Unfair to muggers and raiders

How would this work? Would it be like a panic button? Would it be a prop?

All I see is:

- Silent alarm spam
- 3.4
- More people being shot for standing too close to an alarm or for playing an animation that might resemble a silent alarm button
- Bazaar powergrowers being able to utilise this to make sure raids are no profit.

Police officers already stand around bazaar enough until a situation occurs. On top of this, any situation where you'd be allowed to press a silent alarm where your life is in danger, you'd be able to make a 911 message just saying "Help"

For example, if you're walking out the back room and you see someone walking in, as they turn their back to close the door you could hit the silent alarm, therefore, making it not 3.4, Furthermore, yes, it could be a very small, barely visible prop.

It would also work like a house alarm where it says "A Silent alarm has been triggered @ Bazaar Shop 1"
