Smoke Grenade for SWAT

Short explanation (in notes):
- Deals damage (Low effectivity) (Smoke deals damage so grenade doesnt blow up for deal damage. Point is; People cant breath easily while a dirty smoke around you)
- Makes people walk/run slower while in effect of it (High effectivity)
- Can be used in bank robberies or raids to make criminals surrender.
- Effectivity should be only for 10-15 secs
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

Because its a tactical grenade and i believe it will work as better as flashbangs. It can make SWATs work more tactical more than "Flash,rush,kill".

Also, SWAT will be more creative in raids or shootouts, for example; they can smoke the way to keep moving without taking fire or use it as a lure to take suspects down without any casualties.

It creates much more alternatives for SWAT Tactics.

Optional additions:
- You can swap it with Flashbang at the Armory so you cant carry both in one.
- Should be able to throw-back
- Shouldnt be effective against SWATs

Note: I dont know if its too excessive or suggested before, i made a search over the search function of forums for "Smoke Grenade", found nothing so if its suggested before, im sorry :)
 
The current smoke grenade gave me AIDS. It'd need a lot of work done to it. Also, smoke grenades generally cause a bit of an FPS drop, not sure if there's a workaround but I think the negatives would outweigh any potential positives. SWAT just need to be more organised and MAYBE they should be allowed 2 flash bangs but I'm not too sure
