Reason: In the situation the slums was being raided by two people, the police and swat have come, after a breif shoot out i had left my front door unlocked which let one of the suspects in, he took me hostage and i shouted for help, i let the swat blow down the front door which lead to them killing the suspect, but they didnt stop and they contined raiding my apartment without reason. they blow down another door and took my drugs, (They didnt have a warrent)

Ok, so first of all you let SWAT in, and if they see something illegal of course they are going to take it away, it is their job, Unless your uploading evidence apart from, Tim Meijer seeing it I'm not going to Support this refund request.

I +Support if the drugs were in another room and the SWAT didnt see it.

The SWAT didnt see the drugs they were in a locked room (Bathroom)
And there werent any illegal items onshow

BTW, this is a PD raid, all rooms must be checked for no more threat.

Imo; the SWAT shouldn't of carried on raiding, if they got the suspect and you safe then they should of ceased the raid.
