Snapshot Error

So, my friend @iVTEC DOHC aka Drake Fernesto aka Just Myself on steam, has this problem that prevents him from joining the server. As he describes, everything goes usual until before sending client info stage where it disconnects him and the console says this:

Any solution?

Just means for whatever reason he can't get the snapshot packet which is something that contains all the information about stuff on the map at that time, so why he would get and not others, not sure. If he tries joining when the server isn't full or nearly full, does it allow him then?

I had the problem, all I did was restart my computer

This should no longer be an issue as there has been a Garry's Mod update that updated the amount of packets that can be received/sent have been increased so this should no longer be a problem anymore. If this still persists please contact Fredo or Stephan.
