(Solved) Ethernet randomly stopped allowing me to connect to the server

So basically today I was playing for about 3 hours, then I randomly lost connection to perp. I rejoined and got stuck on receiving data forever. I then activated my wifi card in my pc and connected via wifi (same router/modem) It lets me in the server on wifi, but not my ethernet which is completely fine and working perfectly. I tried flushing my DNS, renewing my IP, resetting my network and resetting my modem. Nothing has worked and the only way to connect to the server now is via my wifi. I am at a loss for what could be happening. It's like I got IP banned or something.

Ok so for some reason, after the server restarted I can now join on my ethernet connection. I guess it was just a server issue. This can be closed.
