[SOLVED]Rise in Ping affecting FPS

Hi, so recently I've encountered an issue where my ping would continuously rise a bit and affect my FPS so that it drops to about 10, making it impossible to play?

Has anyone got any method to fix this? Has anyone encountered the same thing?
