some guy is trying to kill me because i didnt give him 500

i was outside PD and i went up to a car and this guy (i never seen before) asked me for 500 or 5000 to pay his ticket i said no so he started punching me. I ran to regals he was still following me so i started to run to the storage to get a machete to scare him off. He got out a bat and started to hit me (trying to kill me) he saw a cop so he took out his keys and started walking away from me. I was mildy injured so i took out a machete and killed him until this cop arrested me and took away my machete. when kay got revived he said that i was minding my own business and that this guy started to stab me with a machete and left.

i got a ticket for 5000.
