Steamcommunity website only shows HTML

My Steamcommunity website only shows HTML, shown in the picture below. Same goes for microsoft's support site. No other website does this, only steam and ms. I've tried resetting chrome and deleting cookies & cache, doesn't work. Scanned for malware, nothing works.

Sidenote: Facebook does not show any pictures either, it just shows a complete white background

EDIT:

I found the solution.. The perpetrator was Adblock Plus. Apparently it blocks everything on those pages..
