Topic: in the next update, change the ambulance to the Mercedes sprinter

NOTE: for anyone saying that i copied others, i just made a quite widespread idea in posts into a topic and i put some reasons.

Short explanation (in notes):
- add LW's mercedes sprinter http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=247188645&searchtext=mercedes+sprinter
- leave like it is or reskin it with fredy's skin
- delay the feature till the ems update, to avoid a skin mismatch

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
wit the new skin, it is a reason of coherence, other than aesthetic. having an american ambulance which is very GMC-styled, although small , would really look bad. also, this vehicle looks prettier and can be a nice addition to bot citizens and cops too (for snatch squads). this is a 3 birdswith one stones scenario.


Optional additions:
- if the Audi change doesn't come, reskin it in an american faction or don't add

In my opinion how the Medical service works at the moment is neat and fine. All the ambulances and cars that they have the moment fit in, and work fine and well

A new Ambulance is currently being worked on by @Fredy. Chances are in the next few months quite a few EMS vehicles will be updated.

as there is a possibility that the new ambulance will have a biritish skin, yes
