[Suggestion] Removing 3.14

What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 3.14 Prank Calling Excessive prank calling is not allowed and a valid RP reason must be presented, for example diverting cops from a location where criminal activities are happening.
Your version of the rule: It should be removed.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: It should be removed because it has no purpose and prank calling should not result in punishment, it doesn't affect the immersion as in real life the same thing happens albeit only to people under the age of 10 i'm sure many people have the mental age of 10 and shouldn't be punished for that.

if people prank called the police it would get very annoying with the current system in place, as a cop has to wait for another call to show on the top left of the screen, it would be a good idea if police did not have to wait every couple of minuets for the next call to show

I mean i think you should elaborate, prank calling cops should be classed as 2.1 unless valid reason such as
diverting cops from a location where criminal activities are happening, because its unrealistic to risk a prison sentence or ticket just because you want to be a minge and call the plpd all the time. I don't see anything wrong with prank calling other people, because as you said it is in no way unrealistic and although it can be a pain in the ass when being prank called. It isn't really the end of the world, however i do believe for this to work well there will need a block number function on the phone and is it really worth it just over a prank call rule to be revoked?

If you think removing this rule is okay perhaps you should ask a dispatcher before you do. Back when I was a dispatcher about one third of calls were prank calls and I could not do anything else during a call so imagine if people could do it constantly.

If prank calls are unrestricted it will impact the police responding to actual calls and give trolls a new and annoying idea.

This rule is in place for a reason and a very good reason.
