[Suggestion] Move 3.12 to the 5th section

What rule do you wish to Edit: 3.12 Mayoral Assassination
Your version of the rule: I'm not suggesting to change the rule, but just to move it to section 5 "Criminal Activity"
Why do you believe this rule should be Edited: Because section 3 has a very large amount of rules, and since the assassination of the mayor is a criminal activity I believe that moving this rule will help finding it faster

All it is going to do is unnessecarily shift a load of rule numbers down, and that's not good for where they've been cited in the past. I know certain rules changed place/removed/etc. after the overhaul but majorly they have remained consistent.

You could have it as a placeholder/empty rule '3.12' after it is moved, but that just makes your argument of 'section 3 has a very large amount of rules' redundant.

The content and purpose of the rule do make it seem more suited for section 5, but is a minor categorization amendment worth a shift in all the other rules?

You do realise that people with a record of 3.12 Will have issues in certain admin situations as its not going to be a rule anymore?
