Topic: Allow officers and swat to drop bandages



Short explanation (in notes):
- Allow officers to be able to drop bandages to help with bleeding if someone forgets their bandages.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It should be added because it's annoying how you can't drop bandages for others at least allow one bandage to be dropped one ooc hour if you think it's going to get abused.

As R4ndomDude said, you can bandage another player as a LEO if you look at the person and press RMB, otherwise it would still be abused by some smarthats.

Government issue bandages can be used to bandage others by "dropping" them while looking at someone as previously mentioned.

A word of advice as well regarding posting here on the forums or at least in the ideas & suggestions subforum, please use meaningful titles. "Suggestion" does not give any idea what you may be suggesting and is rather difficult to search for later.
