Main Idea: Being able to be SWAT before becoming cop.
Full description of the idea: Well at the moment, you have to become cop to be swat, i find this extremely annoying and i'm sure many other's find this annoying to. Well, my idea is that you shouldn't have to be cop to become SWAT.
Why should it be added?: When you want to become a SWAT job, you don't have to shout at cops to leave and rejoin their job so that you can quickly become SWAT.
Pros: Easier, to get the swat job. Less annoying when you crash as a SWAT and you have to beg to get your job back.
Cons: Can't think of any.
