SWAT - Shooting range

I KNOW THERE HAS ALREALDY BEEN A THREAD LIKE THIS, BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT.​

Main idea: To add an NPC in the PD which will take SWAT to the Shooting Range (A Blaze It)

Description: SWAT Members should be able to speak to the officer at the armoury and be teleported to the shooting range at A' Blaze It. The SWAT officer can then practice his/her skills and get better marksmanship with the weapon they are using on duty while SWAT is not needed anywhere. In the event of a panic, all SWAT officers in the shooting range will be teleported back to the armoury so they can respond and the shooting range will be locked for 2 mins

Pros:

• SWAT can upgrade marksmanship in their weapons so they are better in the field
• SWAT can do this while they are not needed, so it is a good use of time
• The Lieutenant/Captain will know that the SWAT team are doing something worthwhile and are inside the PD.
• This will encourage people to go SWAT so they can upgrade their marksmanship
• This is realistic because real SWAT would do this.

Cons:

• Officers could spam the panic button or press it accidentally and the SWAT would be teleported
• People wanting to shoot at A' Blaze It may have to wait for a slot.
