So, basically, this is a browser extension for your computer, every time you open a tab you will receive hearts you can then donate these hearts to a charity such as 'Save the Children', Water.org etc etc. They receive money from the advertisements on the page and so on. This is a great way of donating to charity and doing nothing in the process.
