Was a pretty aids situation at subs storage, a huge cluster considering how little of a thing it was. Testa controlled the situation brilliantly and managed to get all of the facts he needed to come to a conclusion and detain the people responsible (*cough* @Racxes *cough*).

Aside from his brilliant and engaging casino's Testa could easily progress far throughout the police department too.

I couldn't agree more. He is a great player and brings a lot to the community. The only thing I have seen that may slow him down is his temper. You do seem to get quite angry when someone breaks a rule, but doesn't everyone?

I think Testa is a great player and deserves this. Keep it up

I don't think anyone dislikes Testa. I remember him being proper F U M I N G from time to time but otherwise he's very cohesive in the community and a valuable player in the game its self. He also thoroughly enjoyed prison entertainment RP:
