Hello,
@Tunnels and I have been working on ways to improve the division's reputation and have decided to be more vigorous when it comes to quality control. The steps we have taken to ensure only the highest quality applicants pass their application, we have have done or are planning the following:
Done:
- Increased pass score on Stage 3
- Tweaked some questions in Stage 1
- Created drafts for new policies to support the revival of our retraining scheme
- Tweaked application requirements and raised them slightly
- Planned new cycle (All stages and dates have been planned in advance)
- Returned to monthly recruitment
Planned:
- Active quality assurance; TFTOs may submit a TFO for retraining if an overall lack of quality has been observed
- Command may review retraining submissions and select said TFO for retraining
- Policies for probationary processes (Applicants with an overall low score will be monitored during this period)
- Change internal disciplinary action
TFU Applications will open on the 8th of December, Stage 2s will be run on the 15th of December and Stage 3s will be run on the 22nd of December. If an applicant is not able to make these dates, a helpdesk ticket must be submitted for an extra Stage.
