Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player isnt speed enforcer and thought because he saw me speed of his word would be good enough, but it isnt so he lied to a government official, in the rules it states government officials should never lie he did that.

If the player is found guilty and this is accepted, i am requesting player doesn't get banned just a simple warning. Which should prevent him from redoing this.
