Description: You come up to the premium car NPC and press E on him. You click the added text area that says: "I'm interested in buying a car I saw on display."
Then, the car menu appears with all the cars that are in display at the time acting as buyable vehicles. Then, you click on the car you want and can test drive it or buy and you can inspect it in the menu. If bought, it automatically gets transfered to your garage with all the mods and paint job for the price which can be found out by simply pressing e in the car (as usual). I think this would be a good thing to add because it makes buying cars much easier because you can buy all the mods in bulk instead of driving back and forth to re-create the paint job of the car you saw on display.
Pros: you can buy cars with the mods you desire
Easier and less of a pain in the ass than upgrading the car yourself.
Cons: wouldn't be easy to implement (?)
