The Farm House Services

As we’ve previously mentioned, The Farm House provides a safe enviroment in Paralake for people to ‘hang out’, we offer an extensive range of activities that citizens can partake in. Weapons are strictly forbidden to be brought inside The Farm House. With our proactive security team which is in close contact with Paralake Police Department, these activities can run smoothly.

You can bring your friends with you and grab a table, maybe get some cold drinks and listen to some music.

Go to the second floor and gamble away, with our security team, you won’t have to worry about scamming.

Set up your own market stall, bring along some spare tables to the site then ask an employee if you can set up your stall in the designated market and sell anything you want, free of charge!

Take part in some fantastic events which are set up more than often, these include cinema days, car races and other events which will be extremely enjoyable!

Security Detachment:
- Phone - So you are able to access the Team Speak application, which is vital to keep TFH running at all times.​
- Glock 20 - Sometimes stuff can happen, it is needed for every single security member to be carrying a fully loaded.
- Remmington 870 - Again, sometimes stuff does happen. All security members are expected to be possessing a fully functional Remmington.

Rules & Expectations
Here at TFH we have rules and expectations so we can have a basic amount of order inside the organisation. As you know. Breaking any of these rules can result into removal from TFH.
- Remember, you are representing our whole organisation when off duty and doing normal stuff. So don't go round giving us a bad name.
- Criminal actions are allowed however it shouldn’t be committed on site nor should it be giving the organisation a bad name.
- You must respect organisation members, especially people that are a higher rank. Remember to address higher ranks by Sir or Ma'am.

Distinctions & Blackmarks
The Farm House encourages competition with other staff members, we use a Distinction and a Blackmark system to get this working.
Distinction - A distinction is when a member of the Board Of Directors thinks an employee displays outstanding effort in the line of working, on the roster these are put next to employees name, they are written as a +when you receive a distinction you can choose to cancel out the Blackmark or just use the Distinction. Once someone receives three distinctions they are able to claim $15,000 from the Board Of Directors.
Blackmark - A blackmark is issued to employees that have violated the organisation rules. Once an employee has received three they can be dismissed from the organisation and banned from applying to the organisation. Blackmarks are shown as an X on the roster.

If you're looking for employment here at TFH then you are able to fill out the form attached to this and send it back to us, below will be the recruitment process.

Stage 1
Filling out the application and sending it back - This is the first process of elimination that we are able to filter people who are candidates and who are not. If you are accepted you will be invited to the group (Steam)

Stage 2
If you got through stage one you will be invited to our Headquarters and you will be confronted with a formal interview which you will be asked questions regarding joining. You will find out if you have been accepted/denied through the group in up to 2 days after the interview.

Stage 3
If you passed Stage 2, you will be invited to the Organisation and will be expected to turn up in full uniform and own the right equipment and if we think it's adequate you will be assigned to the detachment you wanted to join.
