'The Milenio Cartel Familia' Started off as a small Mexican drug cartel in South Mexico. They had a few members, one being Carlos Milenio. He went around the slums of Mexico recruiting people whom have nothing to live for... he gave them shelter, food and suppliments. He quickly taught them how to grow simple drugs. They got more skilled and advanced and started advanced drugs. Such as Meth, they were knowns as the 'meth kings' with the purest Meth ever hit the streets of mexico. (99%)
Eventually the police caught up with them... Because of the fear of prison got to some of the Milenio members they eventually disbanded due to a lack of members. Nobody wanted anything to do with them as the police had lead after lead.. so what happened next? Carlos Milenio spent most of his millions on a new identity in Paralake, Texas, United States. Where his new identity was 'Liam Anderson'.
Liam went back to his old ways immediately joining The Belinsky Family. At the time they were the most feared gang in teh streets. Liam moved up the rankings and got to the underboss rank, where he adopted the name 'Belinsky', which is why he is now known as Liam "Carlos" Belinsky.
Liam, is now bringing back his Drug Cartel. And is a small distance from taking the power and fortune which he deserves.

Ranking Descriptions
Cartel Boss: The Cartel Boss runs the cartel(s) he makes all of the major decisions which regard the group(s).
Underboss: Insulates the Boss from posibile prosecution; the underboss(es) also translate the boss' orders to the lower ranked members.
Captains: The Captain's are the street bosses, they run all crime that happens on a day to day basis, they also have control over lieutenants and below.
Lieutenants: This position control the lower ranking members and insulates the Captains from possible prosecution.They recieve orders from the underboss and on occasion the boss himself.
Soldiers: The street men, lowest rank on the chain. But with the most possibility. You start off at the bottom and try to reach the top.
Associates: They are people who closely work with the Cartel(s).

We base in the suburbs. Suburbs 2 is where the Cartel Senior members will live. Then in 2 small suburbs houses is where we make our money. Which will be highly gaurded and monitored.
We see suburbs as our homeland, and will be named 'New Mexico'. Anybody that disrespects 'New Mexico' will be dealt with.

All members are expected to follow rules at all times. Not following the rules will end up in high consequence or even death.
#1: At all times will you respect every member of the Milenio Cartel. At all times will you follow orders by your highers.
#2: At all times will you follow our Organization Relation policy. If we are allied with someone you will not harm any of their members. If we are in war you will follow any orders to harm their organziation by your highers. If neutral you do not harm their organziation unless their actions cause it.
#3: If at any time you harm any of your fellow members you will be executed at the farm.
#4: If at any time you get interogated by police, or even taken in by them. You wasn't there, you're blind, deaf and don't speak English. If you lead them in anyway to The Milenio Cartel you will be dealt with and most likely executed.
#5: If any member needs help, you go. No questions asked.
#6: Theft will not be taken likely, if anybody is deemed to of stolen anything of anyones. You will be executed on the spot.
#7: If at any time you get kicked out or leave. You will be found and executed. Due to knowing organization information, we cannot risk imprisoment.
